Hello, I am 18 year old male who is 5’ 10”, Approximately around 244 lbs and have ADHD (Not sure if that could any affect on my struggle to lose weight, but I’d figure I should mention it) I’ve been trying to lose weight for awhile now, but it’s never seemed to work out in the end. I’ve been trying to get by with the pressure of stress and depression weighing me down. For the most part, I don’t have a coherent sleep schedule, and I’m not really able to go out much due to certain circumstances. I feel like I’m a lost cause but I want to keep on pushing forward, No matter what I tell myself I can’t do, Any advice
