Hey guys. 17 M, 155-160lbs. During 2020 I hit an all time weight of 210-215. I decided to finally make a change for myself. So for the next 8-10 months I ate around 1200 calories getting around 30-60 grams of protein per day. I lost 60 pounds from the cut but I lost a lot of muscle as well giving me the skinny fat body type. I only learned about how much protein you need to maintain muscle after I lost the weight.
Recently I started going to the gym for about 4 months and doing a PPL split and a Upper/Lower program. I started eating 1700 calories in the begging and bumping it up to 2400 calories in the past 3-4 months
People think I could eat more since I’m still a teenager but because of the cut, I feel my metabolism is broken because of it.
Do you think I can eat more calories or I’m eating too much. Please advise if possible.
