Calorie tracking and dining out.

Went to brunch today after a stellar (for me) week counting calories.

I seem to always give up when dining out is introduced. I had a steak wrap today that, if I had to guess, was 1200-1400 of my 1800 calorie budget

It was just a standard steak wrap

But strictly looking at my budget, I can barely eat the rest of the day which brings on its own subset of anxiety.

Sure. I could have gotten the veggie hash. But I still wouldn't have known how to log it.

It seems when I introduce foods I cannot track the same as foods at home (upc / food scale) I seem to sabotage my efforts the rest of the day.

Any suggestions on how to approach the uncertainty in Dining Out calories and tracking? Any help is really appreciated.

I do let myself enjoy food regularly and I'm not crazy strict about my budget. It just seems dining out is hard for me.
