Hello friends, I went to donate blood and I read everything about how UCSD says you burn 650 calories. I also read it may be more accurate to say you removed 450 calories via blood loss. I ate a little extra today after the blood donation. I’m not exercising due to the donation. So, I would like to count those calories burned or removed. Would I be accurate in counting those? Or should I not count neither 650 nor 450 nor the extra food I ate today?
I planned on only counting 450 calories as “exercise” in my app to go towards my daily calorie loss goal since I can’t exercise for real today.
