just found out I've been underestimating my intake for WEEKS

This is just a quick rant!!

but this morning I figured out that for some reason MFP has a wrong entry for a condiment that I eat pretty frequently -- I'd been so pleased, because the fact that it seemed so low calorie really helped me not feel deprived and stay consistent. Or so I thought. This morning I got suspicious and did some actual digging and finally realized the number I'd logged (for the condiment) was literally HALF the number of calories that it actually contains. I only started about a month ago but I feel like I've wasted all that time and have nothing to show for it, because my weight and inches have not dropped at all. I really should have researched properly right at the beginning and I didn't and I've been going over all this time!! I'm tempted to try and make up for it by cutting more in the coming weeks but in the last that's led to binges so I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place right now, you know?
