I started my journey back in May 2021. I was a tick over 200 lbs. I lost some weight, was counting calories, walking and generally doing well. Then, I just stopped. I lost inspiration. I had no desire to continue and when I stopped, I ate as I did before I started trying to lose weight. Fast forward to this weekend, and I decided to start over. Stepped on the scale for my new starting weight and was shocked to see that I was down a little more.
Now, I have a new goal weight in mind, and a target physique. And I started calorie counting yesterday. Tomorrow, I start my workouts (walks and resistance band exercises). And by the end of summer, I'll hit my goals.
