I know there are resources online but I'm STILL confused as to how Orlistat aids weight loss and was wondering if anyone here can enlighten me. I know it blocks the absorption of fat, but isn't that just the fat you are consuming right now? I can see it stopping you from gaining weight, or at least slowing it down, but loss? Unless maybe by blocking current fat absorption it's promoting the metabolism of fat stores?
Thanks for taking time to answer!
