(F/5’5/31) In December 2020 I began at 260lbs. I am now 227 lbs and only lost weight through depression and life changes. I know I need to eat low calories and exercise. I also struggle with binge eating. I just bought a weight bench with 100lb weights. I’ve grown up in a family that cooked only southern/soul food so I don’t know where to begin on what to eat really. Also, Would I be able to reach 200 or less by April 2022?
