Ten days in… nada

36F, 5’4, 152 lbs.

I’m ten days into a diet. 8 of those days should have had a considerable calorie deficit (500-900 calories each day), and two days, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, I was at most even with calories in and calories out. Despite this 8 day deficit, my scale hasn’t moved a BUDGE. I’m very religious about weighing my food and logging every single bite (I eat 3 cheezies in the closet and they go into the food log).

HOW AM I STILL COMPLETELY EVEN!? 😭
