Hello ! I’m 5’5, 20 and a female
Starting weight 196lbs Current weight 186lbs Goal weight 150lbs
I started doing a calorie deficit for 3 months one time and it was going well I was 13lbs down. But then something drastic happened in the family and I shot right back up to my starting weight. Even in stressful situations how can I stay consistent? I know what I SHOULD do but, I slip without even realizing it. Any tips ???? Please :)
