My friend put me on to Celsius drinks, which claims that it helps with overall energy and workout. I’ve been drinking one every day (10 cals) before a workout, and I have noticed an increase in my performance. I’ve also been kind of replacing it instead of drinking coffee in the mornings and afternoons.
Does anyone know if long-term it’s not the healthiest, or any pros/cons that you have if it’s a drink you reach for regularly? I’ve read some articles online, but it’s never a clear cut answer and I’d love to hear if Celsius was a part of your plan to lose weight or if it helped as well.
