Teenager vs adult weightloss??

I’m thinking back to being a teenager (I’m F26 now) and my daily life consisted of walking to school, through school, home from school, rollerblading all around the city with friends(not very present parents had no one to drive us) and ran every morning. Food wise, I snacked on random things and ate whenever there was food which wasn’t that often. I was in GREAT shape, always around 110lbs, always felt great. HOW DID I SURVIVE? I highly doubt my calories were anywhere past 1,000.

Now as an adult with 3 kids always feeding them always feeding myself trying to fit in a workout it feels like I’m always having to be at the top of my game in order to keep my weight somewhere where it feels ok (around 140/150 if I lift weights but no gym these last few years so having to adjust)

😰I don’t know how to trust my daily calories now, is it actually real that I’ll go from 160 to 120/130 ever again? I’m also 5’6
