Context : I lost 32kg from 97kg to 65kg in the span of a year. Im 18 and 176cm. I followed a low carb diet and exercised regularly. Didnt count calories for 8 of those months. Just ate till I was full and thats it. Turned very minutely skinny fat but had alot of muscle definition in the legs due to cycling. I counted my calories till it recently got extreme the past 2 months where I started weighing everything
The past 2 months i started a binge cycle. If I ate 3k calories, I would cycle 80km that night to offset it of. It only happened once a week and would get right back on track on my diet. Ive maintained my weight between 64-67 kg this way and my waist was at 81-83cm.
Come last week. I ended up eating 10k calories each day for 5 days straight. All unhealthy food, snacks chips whatever you name it. Full of carbs no protein. I dont think I even hit my macros for protein. Ive lost all motivation to exercise or do weights and feel hella down right now. I think whats more serious is that I can't tell if I'm full or hungry and I have not used the toilet to defecate since the binge.
Now Im really skinny fat at 69kg with an 88 cm waist and vidible fat in face and belly with a lot of muscle loss. I think I managed to snap out of the disorder but now I need a course for action on how to be lean and what gym schedule i should follow. Please send help
