Tips on building and maintaining motivation?

In 2020 I lost almost 30kg after a bit of a health scare but as usual Covid came along and closed down every gym in my area for the majority of 2021. I ended up gaining most of that weight back and now Im struggling to stay motivated.

Gyms are open now, but Ive lost all motivation after some rough times, Ive also lost most of my motivation for dieting too.

Any tips on getting back on the weight loss journey and staying on?
