For stats, I am 25F, 370, 5’10. I’m a big bitch lmao. I also have hypothyroidism.
I have been eating 1200+ calories but cannot seem to lose the weight I need. Any ideas why? I’ve lost about 30 pounds since May, but I’ve been stuck.
What should I be doing different? Strength training at least 3 days a week, walks on my breaks at work, etc. I am actually scheduled for bariatric surgery next week, but currently having second thoughts about it. I’m wanting to give it another go on my own before I lose that option.
Any advice will be helpful! I’m desperate.
