I don't have many friends, and I really wanted to be able to share this with someone. I am 22/F. My entire life I have been overweight and then eventually obese. I have always had a very bad relationship with food that continued on into my adult years. Recently, however, I've really been dedicated to making a change. I cut out everything. Soda, junk food, fast food. I only eat lean protein and veggies with a little bit of rice here and there. I've really been seeing a difference in my energy and it's been great. 2 weeks ago at a doc appt when I decided to start really cracking down I was at 303lb (my highest I know of was 306). Today, I had another doc appt and I was down to 289. I have not seen that number in a very long time. Its a small start, but I'm so happy to see that what I'm doing is really working!
