Day 2 of couchto5k done!

I have had a steady gym habit of going twice a week for about a month now. I do strength training and cardio the days I go. I decided I hate the elliptical and the bike and wanted to try the treadmill, and I am so out of shape cardio wise I decided couchto5k would be the best place to start.

During day 1, I thought I wouldn’t be able to make it through. But already, day 2 was so much easier and I was walking faster during the rests and upped my speed to 7.5kph for the runs (day 1 I could only do 7). Even though my AirPods died before I got to the gym, I still had fun on the treadmill, which is another first for me!

I’m so excited for the rest of this program! I will post regular updates to keep myself accountable.
