That’s it I’m tired of being fat and always feeling self conscious with what I wear!

Starting as off now I’m going to start working out and eating better! Cutting off every drink that isn’t water. Every time I go to work I always worry how my coworkers or other view me cause of my weight and I hate it! I know it shouldn’t matter but it does. I’ve lost weight before and notice more people approach me and talk to me. So here we go, any tips and advice is welcome! If anyone wants to join my journey just shoot a message and let’s motivate each other!
