Im a 23 year old male 5’6 So I went on a body recomp got my body fat to under 10% was walking 25k+ steps a day working out 7 days a week and at 500 cal deficit i went on vacation for the past week and honestly just been eating and drinking whatever not as consistent with my workouts and I stepped on the scale today went from 132 lbs to 146 lbs is this fat gain or water weight? My belly is also huge I look pregnant. What do I do how do I get back on track im just depressed about this and it’s causing me to keep over eating it’s like I can’t stop once I start help please
