I’ve been trying to loose weight as well as gain some muscle for a while now, I’ve been off and on at the gym for roughly 2 years and try to keep a healthy lifestyle as-well.
Recently I’ve been going to the gym 3-5 days a week whenever I’m not busy doing a PPL split with some cardio at the beginning of my workouts for about 20min.
My main goal right now is to lose some extra fat before summer, I’ve been eating mostly healthy meals that I make at home with rice, chicken, veggies, fruits but I also tend to eat some snacks like chips or pizza some days. I try to keep my calories at 1800 per day which I think is reasonable. As well as track my protein intake.
I’d love to know if there’s anything more I should be doing to see my extra fat reduce! Thanks
