i'm 23 y/o female, 5'6" and 145ish lbs. i do CICO and have consistently for a little over 4 weeks. im good about tracking (i need to start weighing my food for sure but i eat small portions) my food. it's mostly healthy and i try to eat whole unprocessed stuff as much as i can, though im not perfect and enjoy a treat when i want to if i have the calories to do so. i work out hard for 35 mins every day, a mix of cardio and strength training which ive been doing for like 2 months so far. i definitely feel stronger but i have not lost a single pound. my macros suck, it's hard for me to incorporate enough protein in my diet and i do end up eating more carbs than protein. i'm just sad that i having lost literally anything and i haven't lost any inches!! i get very poor sleep quality bc im a mom of two little ones and struggle with insomnia, so maybe that's a factor.
