Hi, I'm a 16 year old guy who's currently 5'10 at 157lbs. I'm pretty okay weight-wise, I don't have belly fat, a double chin, etc. I do, however, have these love handles that I absolutely hate. I've cut my calorie count and added a little more exercise for the past few weeks now and I've visibly lost weight everywhere else but my love handles. What gives? Any tips?
I'm tired of starving myself and am afraid of giving myself an eating disorder? if that's possible? Whenever I eat more than a light snack I'm tempted to purge, though I haven't yet, and I feel so guilty whenever I eat. I'm tired of starving myself but Idk anymore lol
