i eat 1200 - 1500 calories a day. (sadly i’ve been binging for the past few weeks so i’ve been eating 1500 - 2500. this caused me to go from 138lbs [lowest weight!!] to where i’m at now. trying to stay on track)
i started running a month ago.. it’s a great exercise and gives me so much confidence and i burn so many calories. it makes me feel good about myself and i’ve experienced a runner’s high before — it keeps me from getting into a depressive mood for the rest of the day and i’m also running to push through my plateau! (been stuck between 138 - 145 lbs for the past few months). all in all, i feel great. ..that is until my stomach growls. on days that i run, i get so incredibly hungry later on and eat back the calories i’ve lost D: any tips on how to suppress this hunger?
