I'm dating again after taking a pretty long hiatus. I lost about 75lb. But now in the past few weeks I have put on almost 7lb. I'm kinda freaking out.
How do you date and drink and have fun with a new person without killing the vibe? We both love food and drinks. We live around a major metropolitan city so it's like more of a thing then a city where driving is required.
I workout a ton to. I go to crossfit 5 days a week and run once or twice and walk my dog 4 miles a day. I know I'm building muscle but I still wanted to go down another 30. My goal is simply to be at a healthy BMI.
The issue isn't the calories out clearly. I just have a real issue with calories coming in.
How do you tell a person with a normal metabolism that I need to eat and drink less and I need some help in doing that?
