Need help with hitting legs while working laborious job

Im 18 and started working at a warehouse a few months back. I also started to get back into the gym after not going for a while due to lack of motivation, so I’m a bit rusty. I need some advice on how to workout on leg day. I go to the gym at 5am after waking up, walk dogs then go to work. According to my phone I get in roughly 18,000-20,000 steps per day. I work 8-9 hrs per day 5 days per week. My intention is to lose weight and I haven’t hit legs because I feel like I’d be miserable at work for the next 2 or so days. I usually just lift for around 30 minutes every morning. Please help.
