So when I wake up my stomach is flat... After just breakfast alone, it looks like I gained 5 lbs in my stomach... Now I eat a fairly typically diet apart from the fact that it's very high fiber and I'm a vegatarian. Here's an example of what I'd eat in a typical day
Egg and cheddar on an English muffin, coffee with almond milk
An apple
Veggie hotdog link and some random side like a baked potato
Protein shake
Fiber pasta with whatever sauce I'm in the mood for
Maybe some popcorn or crackers
A LOT of water
Is it the healthiest most sodium free diet in the world? No, but is it really bad enough to cause this problem?
I also move around all day I feel like it's also important to note that I'm not uncomfortable so it's not gas bloat it literally just looks like weight gain
