What to do after a binge? And suggestions on how to prevent

I'm 16f and 156lb/70.7kg (Highest weight almost 200lb/92kg). I've recently surpassed a pleatue and had lost a little over a kg this week, but today I was met with a messy binge. Before then, I had a streak of 2 weeks without binge eating and my clothes even started to better.. overall the binge episode had made me feel crappy and I even broke down crying. I don't want to go back into a cycle again.. if you know what I mean.

I had binges before and I never dealt with them healthily. So much so, I was diagnosed with an ed a while back (year+ ago, I since had therapy). Ill like some suggestions to be able to move on fron these episodes in a healthy manner without going into disordered territory. Thank you so much in advanced :)
