I don't need knowledge about how to eat healthy or what foods are healthy. What I need is some website/app/service which gives me new, healthy, and macro friendly recipes and foods every week. And which takes into account the reality that I'm not going to eat a different protein every single day, I'm not going to make overly complicated foods and that I don't want to have a grocery list a mile long because every meal requires some unique ingredients.
I'd like to be able to turn the grocery purchases on auto-pilot and the same with my meal prep. Maybe eat the same dinner 3x in a row, but have something different the next week. And for it to be a complete 1600ish calories a day. Not just dinner, but also breakfast and lunch and the snacks in-between.
Does anything like this exist? And like I said, I'm happy to pay for it.
