Trying to calculate my TDEE and on a few websites lightly active is considered 1-2 days a week and moderately active is 3-5 days a week.
- What is considered “active”? A workout? Moving around? Cardio?
2 . I currently do a full body workout 3x a week for about 45 minutes to an hour (sometimes a little more) a day. I also try to throw in 2-3 days of moderate speed on the treadmill during the same week. Is this considered light or moderate?
