I have lost 20+ pounds since June (slow but steady progress), but am looking to step up my health transformation game. I’m trying to run a marathon in 2022 and eat better. The issue is, I’ve done the whole MyFitnessPal, track-everything attitude and it’s lead to disordered eating on multiple occasions. I would really like to avoid actively tracking every calorie in and out for mental health reasons, but I want to know… is weightloss even possible without it? Is there anyone who has actually lost weight through mindful eating or other lifestyle changes that didn’t revolve around counting calories?
