Im 16 years of age and I have no clue where to start. I weigh 230 lbs and I'm sick of the weight I carry. I used to be able to run around a few years ago but from 13-16 I've been gaining and gaining.
Now I don't know where to start In losing my weight. I'm looking to lose 50 lbs as a start. I know it won't be easy but I need to know how to get started.
I've lived my whole life without schedules, barely any healthy nutrition, exercise most of the time. I don't know how to do any of those things. I do t expect an answer but it'd mean a lot to hear opinions and suggestions.
I'll do anything at this point.
