So first things first, I've realised I really hate working out, like I can't stand taking 45 minutes out of my time to dedicate to lifting my dumbells, so I've come up with a solution... somewhat... maybe lmao, I'm gunna try while gaming every now and then when I have a pause within the action or have the itch to do something else, I do 1 set of something, can be anything, bench press in my gaming chair (hell yeah it goes completely horizontal 🤣🤣), curls, shoulder press, tricep extension, squats or maybe some one armed rows bcus I'm too chunky for double rows 😂😂, idk it could work 🤷♂️🤷♂️, also yeh i know the breaks in between sets will be quite alot but that's the point, wondering if I could find any success doing this at all lmao. Getting in shape, alllll from the comfort of my gaming chair, sounds good right? 🤣😂🤣😂
