Hi everyone! I'm looking to add more protein to my diet with protein powder. I plan to mix water or another zero calorie drink with it. I would really appreciate any reccomendations on brand or what to mix it with. I'm also trying to stay in a caloric deficit so around 100-150 cal/serving would be great.
