It's day 17 of 28 on my Chloe Ting challenge and I'm a new mom of two kids, 6 years and EBF on demand 8 week old. I went back to work this week and am so tired! It's 1030p where I live and outside of the walk to the park for the kids to play today, my husband took one for the team whole I slept on and off with the baby.
However, I've skipped 2 days and forced myself to do my 30 minute workout and I'm so proud of myself!! So if you need to decipher if your body is truly not up for it vs you just feeling lazy, here's your motivational push!!
